Ingredients
  • 1 ½ ounces Texas Crown whisky
  • 1 ounce apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon apple butter
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons ginger beer
  • 3 tablespoons hard apple cider
  • Thinly sliced apples for garnish
Directions
  1. Add whiskey, apple cider, apple butter, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon to a cocktail shaker. Secure lid and shake briefly to combine.
  2. Pour into desired glasses. Top with ginger beer, hard apple cider, and apple slices to garnish. Serve chilled.

      • 8 ounces hot water
      • 1 ginger tea bag

      • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
      • 1 ounce maple syrup or honey
      • For garnish: orange, apple, or lemon slices, pomegranates, fresh thyme, cinnamon stick, or clove studs
      Directions
      1. In a mug, pour the hot water over the tea bag and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Squeeze the tea bag and discard.
      2. Pour the tea, whisky, lemon juice, and maple syrup into a liquid measuring glass. Stir, and pour into 2 serving mugs or glasses.
      3. Adjust sweetener to taste.
      4. Serve with desired garnishes.
